Sharepoint Video Integration

When video files are attached to a list or document library the form should contain a section with an embedded movie player.

For various media such as video, audio and picture formats an integrated viewer should be developed. When an item is opened from a list in read mode a form should appear with an integrated player.The media should be viewed in a window 320px width 240px Heigth and controls should be added. A double click should open the media fullscreen. When more the one attachment is available, more players are shown.

Based on the extension an appropriate player should be used. When a player is not available a message is shown that it should be installed to play the media as integrated part of the page. Most common media formats as shown in Table 1 should be supported.

The form should have the preferred initial layout as shown in Figure 1. If possible it would be nice to change the order of fields desired by the user.
